A key component to our success is our ability to partner with many of our Major Tenants and adapt to changing business environments that require Expansion Needs and Building Modifications. For over 30 years, Rassier Properties has worked closely with several of our Major Anchor Tenants to find creative solutions to such ever changing Retail Trade Requirements. Major Lease Transactions with many of our Anchor Tenants have included:


  • Lease Negotiations for Expansion of Safeway and Albertsons Stores


  • Lease Negotiations for Renovation of 18,000 SQ Ft Rite Aid


  • Lease Negotiations for Construction of several Free Standing Starbucks Coffee Shops


  • Major Lease Transactions for Anchor Tenants including Ace Hardware, HEB Grocery, Basha’s Grocery, Big Lots, Sears and DaVita Dialysis


  • Numerous Lease transactions with National Tenants including Starbucks, Verizon, T Mobile, Subway, Quiznos, Family Dollar, Auto Zone, AT&T and H&R Block
